We have more anglepoise lamps currently undergoing restoration - posted 2 February 2011 This stunning Desk Lamp was originally designed in 1934 by George Carwardine. Manufactured by Herbert Terry & Sons Limited of Redditch. This is an earlier model - 1227 - produced from 1938. It has been sympathetically restored to a very high standard, finished in sage green paint. It has been re-wired with black braided flex, has a new chrome bulb holder and cable grommets, complete with in line switch. The chrome springs are in excellent condition. The base is finshed in green baize. We offer spare parts, including braided flex, bulb holders, switches and complete kits. A 20th Century design classic.
