WE CAN RESTORE ANOTHER LAMP TO YOUR OWN SPECIFICATION, AS THIS LAMP IS NOW SOLD - YOUR NEWLY RESTORED LAMP CAN BE WITH YOU IN AS LITTLE AS 14 WORKING DAYS. This stunning Desk Lamp was originally designed in 1934 by George Carwardine. Manufactured by Herbert Terry & Sons Limited of Redditch. This is an earlier model - 1227 - produced from 1938. It has been sympathetically restored to a very high standard, finished in gloss black paint. It has been re-wired with silver braided flex, has a new chrome bulb holder and cable grommets, complete with in line switch. The chrome springs are in excellent condition. The base is finshed in green baize. We will be restoring more of these iconic lamps. If you are interested in purchasing one, it can be finished in a colour of your choice or simply supplied in polished aluminium and Chrome. There are flex colour options also.
